As Head of People Ops and Total Rewards, you will lead core People Operations and Total Rewards functions and help the company scale from several hundred to several thousand Vantaโns. You will partner with senior leadership to build efficient, scalable, best-in-class systems and processes to support Vantaโs people growth. You will also drive upward and outward reporting and visibility for all People Team functions.
